Coachella 2025: Hanumankind becomes 2nd Indian to perform at the music fest after Diljit Dosanjh; full performer list inside

Malayali rapper Hanumankind rose to fame globally with his viral hit Big Dawgs. This marks him as the second Indian artist to perform at the prestigious Coachella Music and Arts Festival.

Hanumankind joins Lady Gaga, Travis Scott & others at Coachella 2025

Hanumankind follows in the footsteps of Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh and AP Dhillon, who performed at Coachella 2024. He will be joining Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone and Travis Scott in the lineup of performances.

The event will also witness Missy Elliott, Charli XCX, and Megan Thee Stallion at the major event in the California desert that kicks off the music festival circuit.

Hanumankind will be performing on a Saturday as per the schedule. However, it has not been clarified if it will be on April 12 or 19. Coachella 2025 takes place over two three-day weekends in the spring, this year April 11-13 and 18-20.

The line-up reveal came months earlier than usual, one day after Post Malone slipped in his own tour schedule release that he’d be playing concerts during the anticipated festival dates in Indio.

Last year Diljit made headlines at the Coachella

Last year’s Coachella was headlined by Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat and Tyler, the Creator. It also featured a special reunion performance from No Doubt.

In 2024, Taylor Swift was also a major draw at the San Jacinto Mountains-fronted grounds, but she was there as a spectator rather than a performer.

Diljit brought Punjabi music to the renowned event for the first time, making his performance the festival’s high point for Indian fans.
